I also had some Jayco factory optional extras fitted by Kropps which again, the dealership I purchased from could not fit. I found Graham's experience and knowledge of caravan electrics and mechanicals to be of an exceptional standard. I would absolutely recommend Kropps Caravan Service to anyone who needs work done on their van or vehicle. Old school honesty and quality workmanship at a fair price, a somewhat rarity these days.
